Web Design Case Study | BuildSol Group
The Overview.
BuildSol Group is a Real Estate Development company based in Baltimore, Maryland. Having worked with BuildSol Group multiple times across multiple branches of the company – two projects stand out. The first was a website that would serve to represent the company in a professional light for B2B services, the other was to be used to sell their real estate for B2C.
The Brief.
While BuildSol Group had been a real estate development company for a while, they wanted to stand out with an elegant new website that clearly presented their company and services. They wanted one section of the website to present BuildSol itself, while another, separate website would showcase their thriving new community of luxury homes towards interested customers. Both websites were requested to be completed under strict deadlines due to the urgency of the websites.
Development & Results.
We didn’t just want to create a website for the sake of it – instead, we wanted to ensure the websites themselves acted as a tool for the BuildSol that would help to support the sales process.
The BuildSol, LLC website was completed and put live, enabling customers to view the business’s extensive experience across a multitude of project types – from local restaurants to high-rise apartment buildings. In under 6 months BuildSol, LLC scaled rapidly from $139M to $300M in projects – with another $360M in the pipeline.
Brookmont Estates was finished and uploaded on time to BuildSol’s satisfaction. With a range of beautiful properties now on display, marketing for the properties commenced soon after. Brookmont Estates continues to grow to this day into a thriving community.
